Restoration of Gibbon City Hall

For the past few months, the Gibbon City Hall has been going through an artistic update.  A group of volunteers led by Ann Hartmann have been busy weather-proofing the windows by closing them up and adding pictures of Gibbon’s highlights and specialties.
