City continues to address COVID-19
Winthrop City Hall is closed to the public do to COVID-19 but there is always someone there that will be able to answer your questions or help you out. Staff are in place 7:30 a.m.-5 p.m. “If there would be some reason you need to meet with city staff, call ahead and make an appointment,” said City Administrator Jenny Palmer. Any appointments would be held on the second floor of City Hall. Mayor Kelly Pierson encourages people to follow the Minnesota Department of Health and CDC guidelines.
