Generations offers alternative home care

Maggie Buettner Generations Home Care Services was recently created by three local women. According to Fairfax native Jen Bellmont, “The idea for Generations was born like many fantastic ideas – in the stands at a baseball game in 2018. Initially, it looked a bit different – after discussing a gap in area support services with a friend who was caring for her mother, we quickly dug in on some market research that led us to create this organization. Inspired by our own experiences watching parents struggle to find resources for grandparents or other aging relatives, we knew we wanted to help. We landed on this model of providing extra hand for non-medical support.”
