Gibbon Council approves 2021 budget, sets levy

The Gibbon City Council approved its 2021 city budget at the September council meeting. The three obligation bonds have been reduced by approximately $25,000, so the 2021 levy will be less than the current year. Income is expected to increase approximately $13,000 to $770,034.13. The increase is basically half from additional local government aid and half from general property tax.
