After graduating from high school, she pursued her passion for helping others and graduated as a registered nurse in 1972. Beverly was united in marriage to Virgil Bernard Bregel on October 11, 1975 at St. Willibrord’s Catholic Church in Gibbon. The two were blessed with four children whom they raised on their farm in Gibbon. Beverly loved being outdoors on the farm and watching birds from the window. She always showed her love by making sure everyone had a meal to eat, even the bird feeder was always filled to the top. She loved spending her time baking and cooking, everyone who’s had the pleasure of eating a meal cooked by her can say that her German chocolate cake was the best. Beverly will be dearly missed by all that knew her, blessed be her memory.
