MN Junkers on Display in Gibbon

by Maggie Buettner

Amy Eckert originated from Rochester, MN and grew up crafting with her mom. After graduating from high school, she met her husband, Justin, and moved to South Dakota by his family. In 2017, she and the family moved to Gibbon to be closer to his grandma and her parents. Her crafting has been doing great and she recently named her past-time “MN Junkers.” “I developed the name of MN Junkers due to most of the materials that I use is refurbished materials,” Amy explains. “Without people giving me materials and a wonderful, helpful husband, I couldn’t make this hobby/business possible.”
