It is Ordered and Notice is given that on March 8, 2021 at 10:45 a.m., a hearing will be held in this Court at the Sibley County Courthouse, 400 Court Avenue, Gaylord, Minnesota 55334, for the formal probate of an instrument purporting to be the decedent’s Will dated January 28, 2015, and for the appointment of David J. Jungers, whose address is 708 Fern Lane Terrace, Shakopee, Minnesota 55379, as personal representative of the estate of the decedent in an unsupervised administration. Any objections to the petition must be raised at the hearing or filed with the Court prior to the hearing. If the petition is proper and no objections are filed or raised, the personal representative will be appointed with the full power to administer the estate, including the power to collect all assets; pay all legal debts, claims, taxes, and expenses; sell real and personal property; and do all necessary acts for the estate. Notice is also given that, subject to Minn. Stat. § 524.3-801, all creditors having claims against the decedent’s estate are required to present the claims to the personal representative or to the Court within four (4) months after the date of this notice or the claims will be barred. STATE OF MINNESOTA BUFFALO CREEK WATERSHED DISTRICT DRAINAGE AUTHORITY FOR BUFFALO CREEK WATERSHED DITCH (WD) 79-2 NOTICE OF HEARING The matter of the Petition of Kevin J. and Penny Lindeman for outlet to drainage system pursuant to statutes section 103E.401 PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, the Board of Managers of the Buffalo Creek Watershed District, seated as the Drainage Authority for WD 79-2, pursuant to statutes chapter 103E, shall hold a public hearing on the Petition of Kevin J. and Penny Lindeman to outlet land in section 4 of Penn Township, McLeod County. The Board will consider the petition and a proposed outlet charge and future benefits value at the hearing. The hearing is required pursuant to statutes section 103E.401. Independent School District GFW Public Schools January 11, 2021 Summary of regular school board meeting. Full text is available for public inspection at 323 East 11 th Street, Gibbon, MN 55335. The regular board meeting of the GFW School Board was held on January 11, 2021 at the Elementary School Gibbon, MN. Board Chair, Kuehn called the meeting to order at 6:36 p.m. ALSO present: Superintendent Horton, Kuehn, Schmidt, Prochniak, Merkel, Press, Hanson, Student Rep Peterson and New Student Rep Messner, Parents Kuehn left at 7:58 pm Absent: Haas Schmidt moved with support from Lee to approve the agenda with the addition of student oath and presenter change for audit report. Motion Carried. Student Oath for new Junior Student School Board Rep, Lauryn Messner. CONSENT AGENDA Lee moved with support from Prochniak to approve the following consent agenda. Motion Carried. APPROVAL OF RESOLUTIONS AND ACTION ITEMS Eliminate Policies (Second Reading) 4.19 – Counselor 4.20 – Athletic Director 4.21 – Community Education Director 4.210 – Associate Community Education Director 4.22 – Special Education Director Kuehn moved with support from Lee to approve the elimination of Policies 4.19, 4.20, 4.21, 4.210 and 4.22. Motion Carried. School Calendar 2021-2022 Schmidt moved to table calendar until the February meeting. Motion ceased for lack of a second. Prochniak moved with support from Merkel to approve the 2021-2022 School Calendar. Motion Carried. Schmidt moved with support from Prochniak to adjourn at 8:02 p.m.. Motion Carried.
