Swenson looks back on her reign as Miss Winthrop

While the year was cut short a bit because of a delay in the crowning of Miss Winthrop and many of the normal events weren’t able to take place, Miss Winthrop Elise Swenson made the most of her time representing Winthrop and enjoyed every moment of it. Swenson was glad that she chose to run for the crown.
