First phase of improvements begin at Clear Lake Park

Improvements to Clear Lake Park are underway. Construction on a new access road on the south end of the park began on May 3. The cost of this portion of the project is estimated at $45,000. Public Works Director Tim Becker said the project should take about six weeks pending weather conditions.
