The Gibbon City Council approved an off sale liquor license (pending building remodeling inspection) for Fill Me Up on a 3-1 vote last Tuesday. Ashvin Papel, a representative of the convenience store, attended the meeting and asked for a guarantee that he would be approved for a license following the store’s remodeling project. He waned to start order necessary material to start the project.
