Council hires firm to search for new city administrator

Much of the regular June meeting of the Winthrop City Council was spent thanking outgoing City Administrator Jenny Palmer for her work and getting to know the interim City Administrator Rick Almich. The City Council took the steps to begin the process of finding a new city administrator by hiring David Drown Associates for the search.
