Gibbon City Council holds two public hearings

Public hearings were held on the 2021 sidewalk improvements and a new golf cart ordinance. The sidewalk project was on East 11th Street and also on First Avenue. The City’s total bill on the project was $25,331.36. The rebar bill was split evenly between all 693.8 feet of the project. When you subtract some City expense, private work and the rebar there was $21,958.39 to assess to the property owners.
