T-Birds toppled in four contests

It was a busy week for the GFW Thunderbird boys basketball team. Unfortunately, The T-Birds were beaten in all four games. GFW opened the week with a loss on Tuesday to Wabasso 79-54. the T-Birds traveled to Sibley East on Thursday and were defeated 69-59. It was another 10-point loss on Friday at Sleepy Eye St. Mary’s 83-73 and on Saturday the T-Birds were defeated by Westbrook-Walnut Grove 61-49.
