Park survey first step in 10-year plan

Things are kicking into gear for Winthrop City Park. A firm has been hired to come up with a long-term plan for the park and a survey of local residents has just been completed. The survey was conducted online and also in person. A total of 166 responses were attained. “The survey in general was about what people wanted from the park,” said City Administrator Michael Looft.
