Seven lots sold to developer

The Winthrop City Council approved the sale of seven lots in Winthrop’s East Addition for $62,785.76 to Castle Gate Construction. This was the first of two reading of the ordinance. The sale will go through after the second reading which will be held at the April regular meeting. The seven lots are located on Linden Lane. Castle Gate also has developments in Hutchinson and Norwood Young America.
