CITY OF LAFAYETTE COUNTY OF NICOLLET STATE OF MINNESOTA NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING The Lafayette City Council, serving as the Board of Adjustments and Appeals, has called for a Public Hearing set for Monday, September 12, 2022 at 7:00 PM to be held in the Council Chambers at 791 Main Avenue, Lafayette, MN 56054. The purpose of this hearing is for the consideration of a zone change submitted by Heimat Properties, LLC for the property at 351 6th Street, Lafayette for the re-zoning of this property from Residential to Commercial; this notification is required by City Code 151.149. If you have any comments, questions, concerns or objections, you are requested to either submit them in writing to the city clerk prior to the hearing or to be present at the hearing to make a statement.
