Public Hearing for Lafayette Charter School property cancelled

Tad Ulrich of Heimat Properties that owned the parcel of land formerly Lafayette Charter School, asked to cancel a public hearing concerning rezoning the property until further notice. The public hearing was scheduled for the opening of the Lafayette City Council meeting on September 12. With the recent activities, the City Council had decided to review it zoning ordinance that was adopted in December of 1990.
