Council approves hiring of city clerk, appoints library board

There will be a new face at Winthrop City Hall in the near future. The Winthrop City Council approved the hiring of a new city clerk. Heather Hahn will be joining the city staff in the office on October 24 after she is released from her duties with McLeod County.
