Assessment hearing held for Second Street project

An assessment hearing was held at the Winthrop City Council’s regular meeting September 26 for the Second Street project which, if approved, will begin next spring. The City Council approved ordering the plans and specifications for the project. Bryan Petzel of I&S Group was on hand to explain what will be done on the project for those who attended the assessment hearing.
