Winthrop woman turns 100 years old

She has seen a lot throughout the years as Perp Weber hit the century mark in mid-January. Madalyn “Perp” Weber was born to Charles and Minnie Albertson on January 19. 1923. One of her grandfathers came from Norway and the other came from Germany.
