GFW Board approves architect and construction manager’s contracts

The GFW School Board approved the contracts for the architect and the general contractor at its May 15 meeting.
Superintendent Jeff Horton reviewed the contract of Wold Architects and Engineers of St. Paul and Construction Manager Kaus Anderson Construction Company of Minneapolis. The School District’s legal counsel had been working with the attorneys of the other two parties to make sure that all three parties have a common understanding of the project.
