GFW School Board appointment postponed

Six individuals applied for the two open spots on the GFW School Board. When two of the candidates could not make the meeting on Monday evening, the School Board decided to hold a special meeting on Monday, August 28 to interview those two.
The Board also gave the four candidates present the option of interviewing at meeting or waiting until August 28. All four stated that they would wait.
The two Board vacancy were opened when two directors resigned in mid-July.
The six candidates include Kathi Gruenhagen, Bernie Sauter, Mason Schmidt and Mark Turtle for the Gibbon spot and Dustin Berger and George Grosam for the Fairfax spot.
