Public Hearing Notice
The Lafayette City Council has scheduled a Public Hearing for Monday, October 13, 2025, at 7:00 p.m. to be held in the City Council Chambers at 791 Main Avenue, Lafayette MN.
The purpose of the public hearing is to consider an application for rezoning the property at 640 Skyline (Grain Elevators) PID 15.0021910. The owner is requesting to rezone this parcel from Industrial to Agriculture.
If you have any comments, questions, concerns or objections, regarding the application, they must be made at or before the public hearing by contacting the city clerk.

This bid package consists of a new trail connecting edge of the new school site at 1157 East 13th St in Gibbon, MN to the SW corner of TH-19 and Ely Ave in Gibbon, MN. This package includes all labor and materials for the trail including but not limited to removals, earthwork, storm management, pavement, curb and gutter, pavement marking, landscaping, restoration, traffic control, signage, and electrical.

It is Ordered and Notice is given that on October 27, 2025 at 10:30 a.m., a hearing will be held in this Court at 400 Court Avenue, Gaylord, Minnesota, on a petition for the adjudication of intestacy and determination of decedent’s heirs, and for the appointment of Jeremey Heagle, whose address is 1112 13th Street, Glencoe, MN 55336, as personal representative of the decedent’s estate in an unsupervised administration.
Any objections to the petition must be raised at the hearing or filed with the Court prior to the hearing. If the petition is proper and no objections are filed or raised, the personal representative will be appointed with the full power to administer the decedent’s estate, including the power to collect all assets; to pay all legal debts, claims, taxes, and expenses; to sell real and personal property; and to do all necessary acts for the decedent’s estate.
Notice is further given that, subject to Minn. Stat. § 524.3-801, all creditors having claims against the decedent’s estate are required to present the claims to the personal representative or to the Court within four (4) months after the date of this notice or the claims will be barred.
