Medalists at State Track

Treay Taylor and Olivia Schwarzrock medaled at the State Track Meet over the weekend. Taylor finished fourth in the 100-meter dash and Schwarzrock was fifth in the discus. The 4×100 meter relay team also qualified for State. The team consists of Johnnie Ambrose, Dominic Henrichs, VaVa Ambrose and Taylor.

The GFW Thunderbird boys track team finished fourth at the Sub-Section 7 meet held at LeSueur scoring 69 points. The GFW boys finished with seven first place finishes and tied for the conference title with MVL/NUC with 83 points. River Valley finished third with 65 points. Thunderbird softball scores 14 in win over Redwood Valley
