The Gibbon Fun Fest Committee has tried to keep the majority of its city celebration schedule intact. However, at Monday’s regular monthly City Council meeting the discussion was on how to comply with State Covid-19 guidelines for some of the events. The biggest challenge came with the downtown street dance schedule for Saturday evening. The guidelines say that there can be a gathering of 250 people outside. Councilman Greg Olson contended that meant 250 per bar. He stated that he emailed the State to ask for clarification but got no response.
