Library providing hot spots for those in need of internet

Internet service is so important these days, especially for students who may be still learning at home due to COVID-19. Winthrop Library Director Elizabeth Niebuhr and Arlington Library Director Kathy Homme were instrumental in securing grant funding to acquire Chromebooks and hot spots for each of the libraries in Sibley County.
