Miller Masonry began serving the area in 1972. LeRoy Miller had been working for someone in Belle Plaine who would stop doing business and then LeRoy went to the Twin Cities to work. There was a strike in the summer and he was asked if he could pour a sidewalk here in town. “He started doing that and went full-time. In 1972, he decided he could make a living and of course we went along,” said Arlin Miller.
