Major progress being made on Highway 19 project

The contractor is driving pile that will support the new box culvert. The project is on track for a mid-October completion. This project includes the replacement of the box culvert under Hwy 19, approximately 0.1 miles east of Winthrop, as well as a short section of pavement reconstruction. Photo by MnDOT
