52nd Annual Lafayette Carol Sing held

by Ruth Klossner
First Lutheran hosted the annual Lafayette Community Christmas Carol Sing Sunday evening, adding something new this year—a soup and sandwich supper beforehand.
Congregation members provided the soup, sandwiches, and Christmas cookies and served the meal. Donations received—about $300—will go to New Ulm Sertoma Club’s Christmas projects.
As always, the December 8 carol sing—also known as the Hymn Sing—included community singing and numbers by the Fields of Grace choir and individuals.
