Public Hearing Notice
The Lafayette City Council has scheduled a Public Hearing for Monday, May 12, 2025, at 7:00 p.m. to be held in the City Council Chambers at 791 Main Avenue, Lafayette MN.
The purpose of the public hearing is to consider an application for a conditional use permit in a Commercial Zone submitted by the property owner Heimat Properties LLC, and Lafayette Storage LLC & the lessees Brickside Growers, Inc.
They are requesting permission to utilize a currently vacant property, 351 6th Street, as an indoor Cannabis Grow facility, which requires a conditional permit pursuant to City zoning code 151.067.
If you have any comments, questions, concerns or objections, regarding the application, they must be made at the public hearing or before, by contacting the city clerk.
