Gibbon Council discusses FunFest

Wanting to have as full of a city celebration as possible and still stay within the guidelines, the Gibbon FunFest committee attended the Gibbon City Council meeting last Wednesday. (On Friday, June 6th, Governor Walz loosen restriction so 250 people could attend outdoor gatherings.) Many of the usual events can run, while some events will not happen this year. The Committee was finalizing the poster to be printed soon. The street dance would have the largest crowd and it was questioned  whether the bars would want to handle the expenses for 250 people. Businesses are responsible for their own insurance.
