Gibbon Council approves 3.5% cut in 2020 levy

The Gibbon City Council approved the 2020 budget that it saw at its September meeting calling for a reduction in the levy of 3.5 percent. The 2020 levy will be $500,248 compared to this year’s levy of $518,048.
