Gibbon City Council responds to school building closure

At the February GFW School Board meeting, the City of Gibbon was given a chance to respond to the City of Fairfax’s offer to keep its school building open. Also Fairfax was given a chance to change its offer. Any new proposal had to be in by 4 p.m. on Tuesday, Feb. 18. Last Thursday evening, the Gibbon City Council met to discuss what type of proposal it wanted to give to the School Board.
