AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE SALE OF THE REAL PROPERTY LOCATED AT 204 N. HENNEPIN, CITY OF WINTHROP Whereas, The City of Winthrop owns real property located at 204 N. Hennepin in the City of Winthrop, legally described as: Frankenfield’s Addition, Lot-006; Block-016; Lots 6 & 7, in the City of Winthrop, Sibley County, Minnesota; and Whereas, Paula Bruno and Martin Medrano have offered to purchase said real property and the City of Winthrop wishes to accept this offer; Whereas, the terms of the sale of the property by the City to Paula Bruno and Martin Medrano is detailed in a separate purchase agreement approved by the City Council; and Whereas, Section 11.05 of the Winthrop City Charter requires all sales of real property to be approved by ordinance. BASED ON THE ABOVE, the City Council of the City of Winthrop Ordains: The Winthrop City Council, through this ordinance hereby approved the sale of 204 N. Hennepin to Paula Bruno and Martin Medrano based on the terms and conditions outlined in the purchase agreement. This ordinance becomes effective from and after its passage and publication.
