Winthrop Library has new director

by Michael Mattison Elizabeth Niebuhr became the new director of the Winthrop Public Library in March after serving as a sub in February. Niebuhr had been working part-time at the Fairfax Library before taking the Winthrop position. Working other part-time jobs as well, she found that the new job would make a better fit for her time.
