Summer Reading progran comes to and end

Several dozen children participated in this year’s Summer Reading Program at Winthrop Public Library. They were “challenged” to read each week, play outside, make an origami animal, and do something silly such as dance like a fox or sing ‘I’m Being Swallowed by a Boa Constrictor’. Nobody left empty-handed on August 9 when this year’s program came to a close.
