Changes for Gibbon Fire and Rescue

The Gibbon Fire and Rescue Department is undergoing some new changes as the new year started. Toby Bruns retired as the chief on January 1st, 2022 and from the department at the end of January. He and Jay Howe retired after being with the department for twenty years.
