Winthrop Royalty reflect on the past year

The year went by quickly for Miss Winthrop Lillian Paulson and Princess Lexi Henningson. They feel like it was just yesterday when they were getting the crowns placed upon their heads.
Paulson has always been around royalty. Her sister ran for Miss Hutchinson and her grandmother used to be a coordinator for Miss Silver Lake. “I grew up around it and always knew I was going to do it,” she said.
Henningson said, “I wanted to try something new and step out of my comfort zone and have the opportunity to do something good for the community.”
