Vorwerk maximizes resources for food preservation

Spring has finally arrived, well at least according to the calendar. This has gardeners ready to start seeds and plans for their months ahead of growing flowers and vegetation. Leah Vorwerk maximizes her gardens and land by preserving food for her family, friends, and customers.
Leah started preserving food about fifteen years ago. Her favorite is dehydration as well as pressure canning. She also preserves food with hot water baths, vacuum sealed, and in the freezer. “I am self-taught.
