CALL TO ORDER
The regular board meeting of the GFW Public School Board was held on November 18, 2024 at the Elementary School Gibbon, MN. Chair Merkel called the meeting to order at 6:04 p.m.
ALSO present: Superintendent Smith, Tech Werner, Grosam, Miller, Press Hanson, Breise, Turtle, Stehr
Absent: None
APPROVE AGENDA
Grosam moved with support from Stehr to approve the agenda. Motion Carried.
CONSENT AGENDA
Miller moved with support from Breise to approve the consent agenda. Motion Carried.
RESOLUTIONS AND ACTION ITEMS
Recommend Motion to Approve Reviewed Policies 722 & 806
Miller moved with support from Grosam to approve Reviewed Policies 722 & 806. Motion Carried.
Recommend Motion to Approve Revised Policies 102, 104, 204, 207, 413, 416, 418, 419, 503, 506, 507, 509, 512, 513, 515, 516, 521, 522, 524, 532
Grosam moved with support from Breise to approve Revised Policies 102, 104, 204, 207, 413, 416, 418, 419, 503, 506, 507, 509, 512, 513, 515, 516, 521, 522, 524, 532. Motion Carried.
Recommend Motion to Revise Change Order Amount Required to have Full Board Vote for approval from $50,000 to $100,000.
Stehr moved with support from Grosam to approve the Revise Change Order Amount Required to have Full Board Vote for approval from $50,000 to $100,000. Motion Carried.
Donation Resolution
Stehr moved with support from Turtle to accept the donation of $500.00 from Tammy Rose, 3M Match, for the T-Bird Football Team.
