Independent School District No. 2365, Gibbon, Minnesota, is presently soliciting a competitive “Prime Contract Bid” for Gibbon, Fairfax, Winthrop Public Schools ISD #2365 New PK-12 School in Gibbon, MN specifically for a new off site road improvements package. Sealed bids will be received electronically through Building Connected using the following link: https://app.buildingconnected.com/public/5757529c4425ca0a0029307b, free of charge to Contractors. No other agent is authorized to receive bids. All bids shall be on a lump sum basis. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of 60 days after bid receipt without consent of the Owner. Each bidder shall accompany the Bid Form with a bid security as described in the Instructions to Bidders. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any irregularities in bids.
This portion of the project involves improvements to TH-19 by adding a new turn lane into the site of the new school which includes but is not limited to removals, grading, turn lane pavement and pavement markings.
No pre-bid walkthrough is currently scheduled. The site is available to visit at contractor convenience. If you are interested in visiting the site prior to bid, please notify Brian Johnson at contact information below.

The petition represents that the decedent died more than three (3) years ago leaving property in Minnesota. The petition requests the Court determine the descent of such property and assign the property to the persons entitled.

Any objections to the petition must be raised at the hearing or filed with the Court prior to the hearing.
