Park improvements to get concrete

Work on the splash pad at Winthrop City Park continues as Farm City Fun Fest approaches. City Administrator Michael Looft said that while the splash pad won’t be completed by this weekend, the concrete for both the sidewalk and the pad was expected to by poured on Tuesday. Photos by Michael Mattison
