One last time

It was the end of an era Friday evening when the GFW Firebirds girls basketball team hosted Minnesota Valley Lutheran Friday evening. Keyden Buboltz won the final tip-off at the gymnasium at GFW Middle School/ High School in Winthrop. The new gymnasium in Gibbon saw its first action Monday, Feb. 16, when the girls played Sibley East and the boys will play their final regular season game in the new gym Friday against Madelia.
